Metal polishing

Brass Refinishing

Bright Brass & Metal Painting, Co. will refinish and coat entrance building doors, elevators, columns, railings, signs, handles and hardware, decorative panels, all on-site. We use the most advanced techniques and the highest quality products to refinish Satin and Mirror Brass/Bronze surfaces.

After the process of refinishing is completed, we seal these surfaces with two parts urethane or clear air dry lacquers which exhibit a chemical resistant film that has an excellent adhesion to brass, bronze, copper and other metals.

Bright Brass has built its reputation on the quality of lacquers that we use. We also use professional techniques to remove scratches, eliminate wear and tear damage, repair finishes, and restore architectural metals to its original shine.

Stainless Steel Refinishing

Bright Brass & Metal Painting, Co. provides stainless steel and chrome restoring services on storefront window frames, elevator panels, entrance doors, etc. We have refinishing programs and sealing protective coatings for the restoring and preservation of oxidized damaged stainless steel.

Our highly skilled service technicians are experienced in maintenance procedures for all types & finishes of metal.

Antiquing Process

The purpose of antiquing is to produce an appearance of age and accentuate the designs of carvings and moldings. A glazing liquid of raw umber or similar color, and different chemicals depending on the technique used, are bushed onto the brass surface and immediately wiped off given an even display.  After it dries, a clear protective coat is applied to seal the finish and the metal.
